Arriving at the hotel, I was stunned by the terrible condition. The lobby had an awful smell, and check-in took far too long. My room had roaches crawling around and the air conditioning unit emitted a bizarre odor. To make matters worse, the carpet felt soggy, and there was no remote for the TV.

I had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the Metro Richmond Zoo and Libby Hill Park, which were super fun. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful, but the breakfast could have more options.

The plumbing issues required attention, but to the hotel's credit, they were addressed after I mentioned them. Additionally, noise from the upper floor can disturb your peace if you're on the ground level, and the state of the microwave and some furniture left much to be desired.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Clean room and comfortable bed. Found dirty sheets on arrival.

I really loved the easy access to nearby attractions like the Virginia Aviation Museum, just over a mile away, which made my weekend strolls super enjoyable, and it was also great to find several dining options just a few steps away for quick bites after long walks. The staff were very helpful during my stay, and even though I had some issues with my room, I appreciated the spacious layout and convenient amenities like the fridge and microwave.

Had a good experience with the gentleman at check-in, he was really helpful, especially since I was dealing with health stuff. The early check-in was a lifesaver for me, got some much-needed rest before my appointments.
